The FTA is thrilled to announce the hiring of Serendipity Media to handle its membership services and communications efforts. In a year that has already seen the FTA transition to a not-for-profit, the association took another big step in its restructuring by bringing in the services of this experienced and talented team.

And Serendipity is no stranger to FTA Executive Board Member, Carylanne Assante who works closely with their team at SYTA. “The Student & Youth Travel Association has had the opportunity to work with Serendipity Media for several years,” said Carylann, “and with their proven track record in membership growth and engagement, I’m proud to recommend them as an association partner.”

Kasie Smith, Serendipity’s President added, “Serendipity Media is proud to add the Family Travel Association to our portfolio of association and travel industry clients. We’re impressed with the association’s drive to support the family travel industry during this difficult time and look forward to playing a part in its success.”

“Bringing Serendipity on board to help the FTA fulfill our mission has been one of the best things we have done as an association,” said Colleen Hodson, FTA Interim Executive Director, “Kasie and her team are very knowledgably in both the travel industry as well as association management.
