Erin Kirkland is author of the Alaska On the Go: Exploring the 49th state with children guidbook series and is publisher of AKontheGO.com, Alaska’s only family travel resource. She appears regularly on KTVA 11 Daybreak (CBS affiliate) in Anchorage, and writes a weekly column for the Alaska Dispatch News in addition to freelance assignments that take her across Alaska.
A resident of Anchorage, Erin has built solid relationships among the Alaska travel and tourism industry and is well-respected for her expertise related to 49th state products, services, and destinations for children and families. Her writing style is fresh, compelling, and splashed with humor.
