Hello! My name is Eric Cohen and I am the owner of Infinite Departures Travel, a travel agency which specializes in comprehensive travel and trip planning services for families. I create incredible family and group travel experiences with a specific focus on theme park attraction destinations, including Disney Parks & Resorts, Universal Parks & Resorts and Seaworld Parks & Entertainment; and cruise vacations, including worldwide ocean & river cruises with a wide variety of cruise suppliers. I also have extensive trip planning experience crafting customized family tours in numerous destinations around the world, including Hawaii, Australia and Israel.

I am a Special Needs Group Certified Accessible Travel Advocate™ and I have completed the Cruise Lines International Association’s Accessible Travel Certificate program. With these certifications I offer services to plan accessible travel for travellers with disabilities and other special needs. This includes providing advice and assistance with respect to accessibility in various land destinations and on cruise ships, as well as arranging for special needs equipment rentals, including wheelchair rentals, scooter rentals, oxygen rentals and other special needs equipment rentals.

After a fifteen year career working in the theme park industry and a twenty year career practicing law, I decided to turn my passion for travel into a new career by assisting families and groups to plan and book amazing travel experiences. In doing so, I leverage my extensive personal experience in travel and trip planning that I have completed over the past thirty years.

I am a huge Disney theme park fan and I have travelled extensively to both the Walt Disney World Resort® in Florida and to the Disneyland Resort® in California. I have also visited the Tokyo Disney Resort® in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan, just east of Tokyo. In addition to being a lover of all things Disney, I am an avid traveller, having visited over 30 countries, including extensive travel in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, Italy and Israel. I have also cruised on over 20 cruises with multiple cruise lines in the Caribbean, Hawaii, Mexico and Europe.

I provide custom trip planning along with comprehensive booking services for all trip components, including travel insurance, transfers, transportation, lodging, attractions, activities, shore excursions, tour guides and special needs arrangements. I also assist with dining recommendations & reservations for applicable trip itineraries, as well as Fastpass+ reservations for visitors to the Walt Disney World Resort® in Florida and the preparation of park touring plans for theme park vacations.
