Heather Mundt – Writer at Momfari

Heather is a freelance writer and editor who writes about family travel for publications and on her site, Momfari.com. Most of her family’s adventures take place in her home state of Colorado.

Heather is a Colorado native and loves living in the same city where she grew up, Longmont. After completing her Master of Journalism degree at the University of Colorado Boulder in 2002, she wrote primarily freelance magazine articles until becoming a mom in 2006, when she began honing her editing skills.

Heather enjoys the flexibility of freelance work because it affords her time to use her writer’s brain and take care of her two boys.
